Announcing the Opening of the "Aichi-Nagoya 2026 City Ticket Office"!

We are pleased to announce the opening of the "Aichi-Nagoya 2026 City Ticket Office" starting Thursday, August 20.
At the City Ticket Office, you can speak in person with our sales staff to select, pay for, and receive your spectator tickets on the spot for the 20th Asian Games and the 5th Asian Para Games.
This counter is ideal for anyone—whether you find it difficult to purchase tickets online, are unsure how to register for a Fan ID, or are still deciding whether to attend.

■ Period: Thursday, August 20, 2026 – Sunday, September 6, 2026
■ Hours: 10:15 AM – 8:00 PM daily
■ Location: "Aichi-Nagoya 2026 City Ticket Office Booth" inside Oasis 21 i-Center (Nagoya City Tourist Information Center)
*Address: B1F Oasis 21, 1-11-1 Higashisakura, Higashi-ku, Nagoya, 461-0005
*The booth is located behind the brochure display area inside the Oasis 21 i-Center (Nagoya City Tourist Information Center).
*For ticket-related inquiries, please speak directly to the dedicated sales staff at the City Ticket Office booth. General staff at the Oasis 21 i-Center will not be able to assist with ticket inquiries.

■ Eligible Tickets: Spectator tickets for all sports at the 20th Asian Games and the 5th Asian Para Games
*Subject to ticket availability. Some sports or sessions may already be sold out at the start of sales. Please check the official ticket sales website for the latest availability.
*Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted.
*Ticket Format: Tickets will be issued as physical paper tickets.
*Ticket resale is not supported at this location.
