[Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games] Ticket Refund Schedule for Canceled/Defunct Sessions

Regarding ticket refunds for spectating tickets that were canceled or where the sessions themselves became defunct due to operational reasons or severe weather (such as rain) during the 20th Asian Games (2026/Aichi-Nagoya), we hereby announce the timing and handling of the procedures as follows.

Although the Games (Asian Games) have concluded, the refund procedures will be processed in bulk sequentially starting in November, following the conclusion of all events of the "Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games." Customers holding eligible tickets are kindly requested to keep their tickets (E-tickets, paper tickets, etc.) in a safe place until the refund process is completed.

1.Refund Application Period (Scheduled)

Sequentially starting after the conclusion of the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games.
*Detailed start dates, times, and application deadlines will be announced on the Official Ticket Information site and via email as soon as preparations are complete.

2.Eligible Sessions

All spectator tickets that were canceled or where the sessions became defunct due to operational reasons or severe weather (such as rain).
*Notification emails are being sent sequentially to customers who purchased tickets via the website.
*For customers who purchased tickets at over-the-counter locations (Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Ticket Center, convenience stores, etc.), please refer to the Official Ticket Information site for details on eligible sessions.

3.Refund Method

Refund methods vary depending on the purchase channel (Official Ticket Website, over-the-counter sales locations, or other sales routes). Further details will be communicated as soon as preparations are complete. Please note that refunds cannot be processed in person at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Ticket Center (over-the-counter sales locations). We appreciate your understanding.

4.Important Requests to Customers

・Regarding Ticket Retention:
Please do not discard and carefully retain your purchase history, purchase confirmation emails, and physical paper tickets until the refund process is completed.
・Regarding Exchange/Transfer to Other Sessions:
Tickets for canceled or defunct sessions cannot be exchanged or transferred to tickets for other dates or events in the Asian Para Games.
・Regarding Tickets Purchased from Unauthorized Resellers:
Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased from unauthorized vendors or third parties are not eligible for refunds.
