Unauthorized ticket resale is strictly prohibited

We have confirmed cases of individuals presenting tickets at the venue entrance that were purchased or obtained through unauthorized sources other than the official ticket sales channels.

At the Asian Games, tickets purchased or obtained from sources other than the official ticket sales channels will not be accepted for admission. The validity of tickets purchased or obtained through resale websites, social media platforms, online auction sites, or private transactions between individuals cannot be guaranteed.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Ticket Purchase and Use Terms and Conditions, if unauthorized resale of a ticket or the purchase of a resold ticket is confirmed, the ticket may be deemed invalid and admission may be denied. No refunds or other compensation will be provided for invalidated tickets. Please purchase tickets only through the official ticket sales channels.

To protect yourself from potential issues, please do not purchase or obtain tickets from unauthorized sources. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
