If you selected "Counter Pickup" at the time of purchase, please visit during the business period below to collect your merchandise.
* An e-ticket (official ticket website) or paper ticket (Ticket Pia) is required for pickup.
Please note that merchandise cannot be handed over if you do not bring your ticket.
* Please present a valid ID verifying the purchaser's information along with your ticket.
