Refunds for Tickets Due to Schedule Changes for the “Equestrian (Eventing)” Competition at the 20th Asian Games (2026, Aichi/Nagoya)

The Aichi-Nagoya Asian and Asian Para Games Organizing Committee (AINAGOC) hereby announces that ticket refunds will be provided in connection with changes to the competition schedule for the 20th Asian Games (2026/Aichi-Nagoya).

1. Competition Schedule Changes

Sport / Event	Reason for Change
Equestrian (Eventing)	・Due to rainfall caused by Typhoon No. 25, additional time is required to prepare the field used for the cross-country event.

※Changes to the competition schedule for Equestrian (Eventing)
・The Eventing Cross-Country scheduled to begin on the afternoon of September 22 and the Eventing Jumping scheduled to begin on the morning of September 23 will be switched, and the competition start times on both days will be changed.

2. Handling of Applicable Tickets

The applicable tickets are eligible for refunds due to the competition schedule changes. However, the tickets will remain valid and may be used for the rescheduled session only on the session date indicated on the ticket.
Please note that if you use the applicable ticket to enter the venue, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

For details regarding the refund procedure, please refer to the information to be posted on the official Games Ticket Information website below. Refund procedures will be carried out after the conclusion of the Games.
Eligible ticket holders will also be notified via their registered email address. Please keep your tickets in a safe place until further information is provided.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets eligible for refunds cannot be transferred for admission to another date or event. If you wish to attend a competition on another date or attend another event, please purchase a new ticket separately.
